Central Alabama cabinet refacing

A clear approach to cabinet refacing.

The project begins with the cabinetry you already have, then moves through selections, shop work, installation, and a final look together.

From first photos to final details

Five steps, each tied to the cabinetry in your home.

01

Free estimate

Start with an in-home conversation or send photos of the cabinetry. We begin by looking at the existing boxes, layout, countertops, and the change you want to make.

02

Measure & design

We measure, talk through door style and finish choices, and review samples with the room in view. Matching laminate and hardware are part of the plan.

03

Doors and panels made in our shop

New doors, drawer fronts, and selected panels are made in the TFL Door shop in Central Alabama. The work is planned before it reaches the home.

04

Install

Once the doors and panels are ready, the cabinet faces, exposed box surfaces, hinges, and hardware are updated on site. The installation portion is typically a few days.

05

Final walk-through

We look at the finished cabinet surfaces, hardware, and selected details together before the project is complete.

The advantage of shop work

The visible pieces are made before the on-site change begins.

Refacing avoids tearing out sound cabinet boxes to create a new look. The custom doors and drawer fronts are made in the shop first; that changes the rhythm of the work inside your home.
