New doors & drawer fronts
Made in our own Alabama shop in 1-piece slab, 3-piece slab, or 5-piece Shaker styles.
Central Alabama cabinet refacing
New cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Matching laminate on the cabinet boxes. Hardware that feels new every time you open a door.
What cabinet refacing changes
Refacing is not a coat of paint. It is a coordinated cabinet update that adds new doors and drawer fronts, changes the exposed cabinet surfaces to matching laminate, and updates the operating hardware.
Made in our own Alabama shop in 1-piece slab, 3-piece slab, or 5-piece Shaker styles.
Face frames and exposed sides are reskinned with matching laminate so doors and boxes read as one cabinet system.
Hinges, soft-close hardware, pulls, and knobs are selected for the finished room.
Crown molding, light rail, toe kicks, panels, fillers, shelves, or a limited conversion may be included as the project calls for it.
What stays in place
Cabinet boxes, countertops, plumbing, and appliances remain. That means no cabinet tear-out when the elements behind the doors are sound and the room is arranged the way you need it.
Start with an honest look
A good candidate
Cabinet refacing is often a strong fit when the existing cabinet boxes are in good condition, countertops can stay, and the room functions well but looks dated.
A different path may fit
Water-damaged or failing boxes, or a plan that requires relocating and rebuilding cabinetry, call for a different scope. We will say so directly.
Made in the same shop
TFL Remodel is the remodeling arm of TFL Door. The same Central Alabama shop that makes doors for cabinetmakers and designers makes the new doors and drawer fronts for your project.
That direct connection keeps the door, box laminate, and finish plan in the same conversation.
